Orange Meyer Lemon Marmalade

2020 Flavor of Georgia Finalist. Traditionally, marmalade is a preserve made from the juice and peel of citrus fruit. Ours is more of a spread, because we use more fruit, less sugar. Our special cooking process delivers a deep, rich color, with pieces of cooked Georgia-grown satsumas rinds and Georgia-grown Meyer lemons packing each jar.
