This mixture of Porcini mushrooms, herbs and spices will transform any meat entrée from ordinary to rich and delicious.
Uses: Rub on steaks or a roast, wrap in plastic and marinate overnight before grilling or roasting.
Add to any sausage dish, mix into burgers, stuffing, rice, chicken salad and add to gravy.
