Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar

Rich, thick and complex with three different chocolates giving the balsamic it’s depth of flavor.

Drizzle in/on spicy chocolate chili, over a spinach salad, a fruit salad or over ice cream!

Our naturally flavored balsamic is aged in the traditional Solera Method and comes from Modena, Italy.



Roasted Cherry Sandwich w/ Chocolate & Brie


1/2 cup cherries, pitted and halved

1 teaspoon dark chocolate balsamic vinegar

2 1/4 tsp. Butter or blood orange olive oil

2 slices of good bread

a good size chunk of brie, room temperature

1 ounce of dark chocolate, chopped, room temperature


Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit

Toss the cherries in the balsamic vinegar and place them on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Once Roasted…

Heat a pan over medium heat.

Drizzle olive oil on one side of each slice of the bread.

Place oiled side down in the pan and top with half of the cheese, chocolate, cherries and then the rest of the cheese.

Top with the other slice of bread with oiled side up.
