1 lb fresh asparagus
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp s.a.l.t. sisters Green Bamboo Ka’nani Hawaiian Sea Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Preheat the oven to 400°.
Break off the tough ends of the asparagus and, if they’re thick, peel them.
In a large bowl. drizzle the asparagus with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkle liberally with Green Bamboo Sea Salt and black pepper.
Toss until asparagus are well-coated.
Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 25 minutes, until tender but still crisp.
