Our beautiful Three Leaf Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP is inspired by the Tradition of the Barriques in Italian Attics.
This smooth full bodied balsamic vinegar is made from the must of seven grape varieties including Lambrusco, Ancellota, Albani, Fortana, Montuni, Sangiovese and Trebbiano, which are cooked, caramelized and barrel aged. It is perfectly paired with grilled meat and vegetables.
Try mixed with any UP Certified, fused or infused olive oil for dynamic contrast in marinades, vinaigrettes and sauces.
