Olive Amelia was started by Amelia Island locals, Kim and Buddy Holwell, in July 2014. They have a true passion for what they do and it shows in the amazing store that they have created for their community. At Olive Amelia, we offer ultra premium extra virgin olive oils, from mild to robust, and an array of infused and fused olive oils.
Our oils come from all over the world! In addition to our olive oil collection, we have a wide selection of fine balsamic vinegars. Made in Modena, Italy, our balsamics are aged using the Solera System for up to 18 years in chestnut, oak, mulberry and ash barrels.
The olive oils and balsamics that we carry are provided by The Veronica Foods/Delizia Olive Oil Company. This company was established in 1924 as a family run business. Today, it is the oldest, continuously operating olive oil company in the United States.

The best olive oils and balsamics ever! We travel about an hour to visit this place, and a few other little shops in Fernandina. It is always worth it, and a great little shopping town. Once you get used to the good stuff, you won't buy the other stuff again!
Huge selection of oils and vinegars. Each one has little place cards that helpfully describe the flavor, and suggest various pairings. All of them are available to sample before purchase. The bottles are reusable, and you get a $1 discount if you bring your bottle back to be refilled. Great for personal use or a gift!
