Black Truffle Deviled Eggs

  1. Halve the eggs lengthwise and carefully transfer the yolks to a mixing bowl. Arrange the egg white halves on a platter, cover, and refrigerate.

  2. Using a fork, mash the yolks until smooth. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, Black Truffle Oil, and salt. Mix until creamy and well blended. (For an ultra-smooth texture, use an electric mixer with a whip attachment.)
