This crisp, colorful slaw brings a fresh twist to your fall table. Tossed with our Garlic Chive White Balsamic and herbaceous Basil Olive Oil, it’s a light and flavorful side dish that pairs perfectly with cozy autumn meals, think roasted pork, chili, or your favorite sheet pan dinner. Ingredients:

2 cups shredded green and/or purple cabbage

1 cup shredded carrots

½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced

2 scallions, thinly sliced

1 Tbsp Olive Amelia Basil Olive Oil (or another flavored EVOO)

1 tsp honey or agave

Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:

In a small bowl, whisk together the Garlic Chive Balsamic, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, and scallions. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss until evenly coated.
