Honey Lemon Ginger Chicken Wings

This sweet and spicy wing dish is bold, flavorful, and incredibly easy to share, making it a perfect addition to any casual gathering. Crispy, oven-broiled wings are tossed in a bright and zesty glaze of Honey Ginger and Sicilian Lemon balsamic, balanced by a subtle kick from Cayenne-fused olive oil. Finished with fresh scallions, it’s a crowd-pleasing plate that brings a lively, elevated energy to a classic comfort food.

  1. Preheat the broiler and set a rack in the center of the oven. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with the Extra Virgin Olive Oil and season with salt and pepper. 
  2. Arrange the wings on a wire rack set over a large sturdy baking sheet. Broil for 45 to 50 minutes, turning once or twice, until the wings are cooked through and crisp.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the balsamic vinegars and Cayenne Olive Oil and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Let cool, then whisk the soy sauce.
  4. In a large bowl, carefully toss the chicken wings with the balsamic/ Cayenne/soy mixture. Transfer the wings to a platter, sprinkle with the scallions, and serve.
