Ingredients:
For the Marinade
- 1/4 cup Olive Amelia Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1-2 tablespoons Olive Amelia Grapefruit White Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
For the Chicken
- 6-8 pieces of chicken (drumsticks, thighs, or wings)
- Fresh rosemary or parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the Olive Amelia Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil, lemon juice, Olive Amelia Grapefruit White Balsamic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and garlic powder until fully combined.
