Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken

Bright, zesty, and full of fresh herb flavor—this simple grilled chicken is marinated in Olive Amelia Tuscan Herb Olive Oil and Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar, then perfectly grilled for a dish that’s light, flavorful, and ideal for any occasion. Serve it with spring vegetables, a crisp salad, or your favorite seasonal sides.

  1. In a bowl, whisk together Tuscan Herb Olive Oil, Sicilian Lemon Balsamic, garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, and Mama Mia’s Herb Blend until well combined.

  2. Place chicken breasts in a zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, coating each piece evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.

  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375–400°F) and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.

  4. Remove chicken from marinade, letting any excess drip off. Grill for 5–7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  5. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
