Ingredients:
-
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
-
2 garlic cloves, minced
-
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
-
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
-
Zest of 1 lemon
-
1 tsp. honey
Instructions:
-
In a bowl, whisk together Tuscan Herb Olive Oil, Sicilian Lemon Balsamic, garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, and Mama Mia’s Herb Blend until well combined.
-
Place chicken breasts in a zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, coating each piece evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.
-
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375–400°F) and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
-
Remove chicken from marinade, letting any excess drip off. Grill for 5–7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
-
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
