Ingredients:
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Amelia's Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 pinch of dry mustard
- 3/4 c. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 pinch of flaky sea salt
Instructions:

Mash the garlic clove into a smooth paste using a mortar and pestle.

In a small bowl, whisk together the egg yolk, Sicilian Lemon Balsamic, and dry mustard until frothy.

Begin adding 1 tablespoon of olive oil very slowly—just ¼ teaspoon at a time—whisking thoroughly after each addition.

Once the mixture begins to thicken, continue drizzling in the remaining olive oil in a slow, steady stream while whisking constantly until the aioli is thick and creamy.
