Cucina South | Olive Amelia

Olive Amelia is proud to introduce you to our local restaurant partner Cucina South, owned by Tim Seyda.

Cucina South is a melting pot of Italian inspired cuisine.

Executive Chef Llew Sutton puts a twist on what you’d typically expect from a traditional Italian cuisine and enhances it with Mediterranean accents. You’ll find your favorite Italian inspired classics alongside our new creations. Llew and team

have been great ‘Locals supporting Locals’ partners and use our olive oils and many of our balsamic vinegars in their dishes.

Llew along with Nikki Sutton, the front of the house manager, and the rest of the staff put their hearts into the food and service. They strive to give you an incredible experience, whether an intimate date night, family gathering, or a reunion of friends.

The restaurant serves with two main dining rooms, a bar area, and a beautiful patio accompanied by a fire pit nestled under the oaks on the south end of Amelia Island. Make time soon to stop in and enjoy a beautiful meal at Cucina South.
