Caprese Pasta Salad with Bloody Mary Twist

A fresh, flavorful take on a classic—this pasta salad by chef Mary Kipps is bursting with juicy tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and a splash of Natural Blonde Bloody Mary Mix for unexpected zest. Quick to make, easy to love, and perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients:

  • Farfalle pasta

  • Natural Blonde Bloody Mary Mix

  • Fresh mozzarella balls

  • Yellow teardrop tomatoes

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Fresh basil

  • Balsamic glaze, for drizzling

Instructions:

  1. Cook farfalle pasta according to package directions. Drain and let cool slightly.

  2. Slice tomatoes and add to the pasta along with mozzarella.

  3. Pour in a splash of Natural Blonde Bloody Mary Mix and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Toss to combine.

  4. Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze and fresh basil leaves.
