Dark Chocolate Balsamic Roasted Strawberries with Mascarpone Velvet

Sweet, tangy, and decadent—this dessert is a showstopper. Roasted strawberries get a rich upgrade with our Dark Chocolate Balsamic, then paired with a whipped mascarpone cream for a silky, irresistible finish. Perfect on its own or spooned over pound cake, waffles, or ice cream.

Ingredients:

For the Roasted Strawberries:

For the Mascarpone Cream:

  • ½ cup mascarpone cheese, room temp
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a bowl, toss strawberries with Dark Chocolate Balsamic, honey, vanilla, and sea salt.

  3. Spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 15 minutes, stirring once, until tender and syrupy.

  4. Meanwhile, whisk mascarpone, cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Chill until ready to serve.

  5. Spoon strawberries and their syrup into serving bowls. Top with a generous dollop of mascarpone cream.

Optional Garnish: Shaved dark chocolate, crushed nuts, or fresh mint.
