Ingredients:
For the Roasted Strawberries:
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 2 Tbsp Olive Amelia Dark Chocolate Balsamic
- 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
For the Mascarpone Cream:
- ½ cup mascarpone cheese, room temp
- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

In a bowl, toss strawberries with Dark Chocolate Balsamic, honey, vanilla, and sea salt.

Spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 15 minutes, stirring once, until tender and syrupy.

Meanwhile, whisk mascarpone, cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Chill until ready to serve.
