Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Olive Amelia's Cinnamon-Pear Balsamic Vinegar
- 2/3 cups Olive Amelia's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp. Honeycup Uniquely Sharp Mustard
- pinch of salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a bowl, whisk the balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and mustard completely.
- Slowly add the extra virgin olive oil, whisking constantly until completely incorporated.
- Refrigerate, if not used immediately, for up to 5 days
