Ingredients
- 1 pint blackberries
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 pint raspberries
- 2 pints strawberries, hulled and halved
- Zest of 1 orange
- Fresh mint, finely chopped (plus extra for garnish)
- 1 Tbsp Olive Amelia's Lemon Olive Oil
- 2 ½ Tbsp Olive Amelia's Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
- ½ c. acacia honey
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Lemon Olive Oil, Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar, acacia honey, orange zest, and finely chopped mint.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
