Ingredients
- 10 oz goat cheese, room temperature
- 3 Tbsp Olive Amelia Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Chives, thinly sliced
- 1 pack wonton wrappers
- Olive Amelia Sicilian Lemon Balsamic, honey, honey mustard, or sweet & sour sauce (for dipping)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the goat cheese, Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil, salt, pepper, and chives. Mix until smooth and evenly blended.
- Using a cupcake or muffin tin, press one wonton wrapper into each cup to form a base.
- Spoon a dollop of the goat cheese mixture into the center of each wonton.
- Drizzle the filled wontons lightly with additional olive oil.
- Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, or until the wontons are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce—Olive Amelia Sicilian Lemon Balsamic, honey, honey mustard, or a sweet & sour sauce.
