Creamy, herb-packed, and bursting with fresh flavor—this Green Goddess Dressing is a delicious way to elevate salads, grilled veggies, or even use as a dip. Made with Olive Amelia Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Red Wine Vinegar, it’s wholesome, vibrant, and easy to make.
Ingredients:

½ c. plain yogurt

¼ c. Olive Amelia Extra Virgin Olive Oil

½ of an avocado

1 Tbsp. Olive Amelia Red Wine Vinegar

1 Tbsp. lime juice

1 c. packed fresh baby spinach

¼ c. fresh chives
-
¼ c. fresh parsley

3 green onions, trimmed (greens and white parts)

2 garlic cloves

¼ c. fresh basil leaves

1 tsp. salt

Ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:

Place yogurt, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, avocado, Red Wine Vinegar, lime juice, spinach, chives, parsley, green onions, garlic, basil, and salt into a food processor or blender.

Cover and pulse 3–4 times, or until the ingredients are finely chopped and well combined. If the dressing is too thick, add water 1 teaspoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.

Remove from the blender and season with freshly ground black pepper. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
