Ingredients:

2 garlic cloves

1 Tbsp. fresh ginger

2 Tbsp. Olive Amelia Sesame Oil (regular or toasted)

2 Tbsp. soy sauce

2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar

1 Tbsp. Gallberry Honey
Salad Idea:

Mixed greens

1 small orange (mandarin, clementine, or tangerine), peeled and segmented

½ avocado, cubed

2 Tbsp. toasted almonds
Instructions:

In a food processor, pulse garlic and ginger until finely chopped.

Add Sesame Oil, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, Gallberry Honey, and Orange Olive Oil. Blend until smooth and well combined.
