Lemony White Bean Salad

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. In a large pan, heat 2 Tbsp. Lemon Olive Oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. Season lightly with salt.

  2. Pour in the white wine and let it reduce by half.

  3. Add the cannellini beans and stir to coat. Season with Salt Sisters Mediterranean Rub & Seasoning.

  4. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

  5. Transfer the beans to a serving bowl. Top with Ultra Premium White Balsamic, fresh basil, red onion, sweet red peppers, and drizzle with the remaining Lemon Olive Oil.

  6. Gently toss to combine and serve warm.
