Mango Salsa

Embark on a tropical flavor journey with this vibrant Mango Salsa—a refreshing blend of sun-ripened mangoes, crisp bell peppers, zesty red onions, and fresh cilantro, all kissed with a squeeze of tangy lime and a splash of Olive Amelia Peach White Balsamic. Sweet, bright, and irresistibly fresh!

Ingredients:

  • ½ bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped

  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Amelia Peach White Balsamic Vinegar

  • 2 tsp. fresh lime juice

  • 1 ripe mango, medium diced

  • ½ red onion, diced

  • ¼ c. red bell pepper, diced

  • ¼ tsp. salt

  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine chopped cilantro, Peach White Balsamic, lime juice, mango, red onion, bell pepper, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Toss gently until well mixed.

  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
